To all LLPOA Clubs and Committees
In order to better maintain a current calendar of events on our website for meetings and activities of our clubs and committees, effective January 1, 2012, we will no longer automatically add to the website calendar, every time the clubhouse is reserved for a particular meeting or activity.
We ask that every club/committee email any and all events they wish to have posted to the webmaster@lakeloreleiohio.com after they have reserved their date with the office.
This will ensure that we only post those activities and meetings that are supposed to be made public and we will have a more accurate description of the event times.
We would also appreciate each Club/Committee to do a monthly review of their particular webpage and calendar to ensure all information is correct and current.
Keeping our website current is essential, if you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to contact the webmaster.
